Summary: It was very scenic with trees, a lake, and a hiking trail. We could walk or ride our bikes to the beach. The pool was nice and never very crowded. The condo was clean, spacious, and comfortable.

Summary: We had a great time. The house was perfect for our family, generous size rooms and the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were great for the 7 of us. The swimming pool was a nice addition for the kids. Pat was very responsive and we would highly recommend him and his place. Thanks Pat!

Summary: I’m being charged by owner for cleaning fee. The fee should be part of the total charges that I paid in advance. My understanding was that cleaning after the guests leave is responsibility of owner and not the guest.

Summary: My family and I stayed at this beautiful property for five nights. The property was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was wonderful. Easy drive to restaurants on the Coastal Hwy. We used the parking permit only once because it is only valid from 8:00 - 5:00 in non-metered parking spaces. Unfortunately there were not many parking spaces available and the few that were weren’t close to the beach. Also, if you want to stay in town for dinner, you have to move to metered parking. Next time we’ll rent a property walking distance to the beach.

Summary: Communication was always there. Easy arrival. Quiet community and clean house. Pool was a short walk away. Short drive to Rehobeth boardwalk or Dewey beach. Close to many restaurants. Everyone had enough room to spread out and enjoy themselves

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean and everything was as described. The traffic in the city is heavy and the beach is crowded. Maybe a better travel choice would be towards end of summer season. Parking near the boardwalk and beach costs $9 dollars for 3 hours.
